M/s Queeny Realty Private Limited, incorporated under the Company's Act 1956, was founded in 1994 by Mr Agnelo Alcasoas, the Managing Director of the company. The company aims at providing quality homes, executed through a team of dedicated professionals, craftsmen and skilled labour. The company has the privilege of being honoured with the prestigious ISO certification 9001-2015, by International Standards Certification Pty. Ltd, Sydney Australia, for its quality oriented endeavours. The company has now diversified their activities venturing into the hospitality industry with a 60 rooms, boutique hotel The Queeny, the crown of hospitality a top the Velsao-Pale plateau. The company today boasts of the following prestigious projects constructed/developed as landmarks of the area.

1.QUEENY CENTRE - LOUTOLIM
Queeny Centre was the first project to be started by Queeny Realty Pvt. Ltd. The construction of this project commenced in 1996 and possession of the premises was given to the prospective purchasers in 1999. The project constructed on a land of 1725 square metres, comprises of 12 double bedroom apartments and 21 shops, and is centrally located in the heart of the Village and is today the hotspot of activity in Loutolim.

2.QUEENY CASTLES - COLVA
